Refund Policy

CheckoutMap is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments for the current period aren't refunded.

How to cancel

Open checkoutmap.com while signed in with your access code, click “Manage subscription” and cancel in the Stripe page that opens. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep full access until the current period ends.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount you didn't agree to, email support@checkoutmap.com and we'll put it right.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
